Shipping and Delivery Policy

No physical shipping
Diomgis, operated by Sigmoid Vedanta Technologies, provides only online education services. We do not sell or ship physical goods, and there are no shipping charges. Everything you buy is delivered online, through your Diomgis account and by email, to learners anywhere with an internet connection.
When you get access

| Live cohort course | Confirmation email and access on your dashboard within minutes of successful payment (at most 24 hours). The session calendar and joining links are emailed at least 3 days before the cohort starts, or straight away if you enrol later. The course itself is delivered in the scheduled live sessions. |
| Programme | Access to the programme on your dashboard within minutes of payment; each course is delivered as above when its cohort starts. |
| Certificate | A digital certificate with an online verification link, issued within 14 days of your final assessment result. |
| Mentoring session | Nothing physical is shipped. Once the mentor confirms the session, its meeting details (the date, the time in your time zone and the mentor's video link) are on your mentoring page, and you get an in-app notification. For a session with no payment, they are there as soon as the mentor schedules it. The session takes place live on the mentor's video link. |
What you need
A computer, tablet or phone with a current web browser and a stable internet connection, and the free Zoom or Google Meet app or browser access for live sessions. Each course page lists any extra software a course uses; it is free or has a free tier. For a mentoring session, you join on the video service your mentor chooses, such as Google Meet, Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
If something does not arrive
Check your spam folder, then write to us with the contact form (signed in, choose the order; otherwise give the email address you paid with and your Razorpay payment ID). If you have not received your confirmation or access within 24 hours of a successful payment, we will deliver it within 1 working day of hearing from you, or refund you in full if we cannot. A mentoring session with an amount to pay is delivered once the mentor confirms it; until then you can cancel it on your mentoring page, and a payment made through Diomgis is refunded in full (see the refund policy for mentoring).
